PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

of July 22, 2019 No. 76

About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

Changes and additions which are made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 1997 No. 3614 "About approval of the Regulations on the Kazakhstan institute of strategic researches in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, No. 36, the Art. 337):

in Regulations on the Kazakhstan institute of strategic researches in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KISI) approved by the above-named Decree:

add with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. According to the decision of the Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in structure of Institute the Coordination council of Institute can be organized.

The coordination council of Institute performs approval of the main activities of Institute, and also performs other functions determined by the Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2002 No. 828 "About some questions of personnel policy in system of public authorities" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 17, the Art. 212):

in Regulations on the procedure for approval, position assignment and dismissal of political government employees and other officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
