About optimization of provision of administrative services in the field of provision of pensions

For the purpose of decrease in administrative load of citizens, and also optimizations and increases in overall performance of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine by implementation of electronic interdepartmental interaction the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that:

1) for purpose, recalculation, renewal, the termination, prolongation of pension payment, allowances, benefits, surcharges and compensations or transfer from one type of pension into another (further - award of pension) at the request of bodies which grant pension no later than three working days from the date of its obtaining the following data move:

from the State register of physical persons taxpayers - registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer or series and passport number of the citizen of Ukraine (for physical persons which because of the religious beliefs refuse adoption of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer and reported about it to the relevant monitoring body and have mark in the passport). Data move the Public fiscal service according to the law;

from the State register of acts of civil status of citizens - birth date and birth place and origin of person, about marriage, annulment of marriage, change of name, death, other acts of civil status of person. Data move according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Justice and the Pension fund of Ukraine;

from centralized databank on disability problems - about persons with disability, children with disability. Data move according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of social policy and the Pension fund of Ukraine;
