About modification of the Law "About Funded Pensions"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of December 22, 2010 No. ZR-244 "About funded pensions" (further - the Law):
1) in Item 2 of the word "the individual entrepreneurs who are engaged in the types of activity included in the list of Appendix No. 1 to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tax benefits of self-employed persons" and also the individual entrepreneurs who are considered only as the subject of family entrepreneurship, established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia "shall be replaced with words" the individual entrepreneurs who are considered only as the subject of microentrepreneurship, established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia";
2) in Item 9 of the word "Appendices No. 1 to the Law of the Republic of Armenia " about Tax Benefits of Self-employed Persons "" shall be replaced with words "Appendices No. 3 to the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia, and the word "individual the entrepreneur who is engaged in the types of activity included in the list of Appendix No. 1 to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tax benefits of self-employed persons", and considered only as the subject of family entrepreneurship established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia "shall be replaced with words" and also considered only by the subject of microentrepreneurship established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To state parts 8.1 and 8.2 of article 81 of the Law in the following edition:
"8.1. From January 1 to December 31, 2021 inclusive for persons who are not the individual entrepreneurs and notaries specified in Item 1 of part 1 of article 5 of this Law and part 6 of this Article:
