Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of June 29, 2001 ZR-195 "About approval of the inventory, not subject to excise tax liability, imported by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs whose import is tax-exempt on value added":
Part 1 before words "the organizations and individual entrepreneurs" to add 1) with the words "considered as taxpayers on value added";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 4 words of "the public managerial institutions" "state bodies".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
