About modification and amendments in the Law "About Temporary Disability Benefits and to Motherhood"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of October 27, 2010 ZR-160-N "About temporary disability benefits and to motherhood" (further - the Law):

Item 1 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) the physical persons which are in employment relationships with employers, except for the hired employees involved in microentrepreneurship or till January 1, 2020 - family members, being the hired employees involved in family entrepreneurship (further - hired employees);";

2) in part 3.1:

and. in Item 2 of the word of "family entrepreneurship" shall be replaced with words "microentrepreneurships (till January 1, 2020 - family entrepreneurship)";

. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) during use of the tax benefits established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tax exemption of the activities performed in border settlements (till January 1, 2020 - also the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tax benefits of self-employed persons)".";

Part 4 after the words "termination of business activity" and "the provided person" to add 3) with words "(except for the case specified in part 3.2 of this Article)".

Article 2. In part 11 of article 22 of the Law of the word "and as regards types of activity, taxable in systems of patent tax" shall be replaced with words "within system".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
