1. Approve the trekhstavochny rate for services of JSC The Kazakhstan Company on Management of Power Networks KEGOC including:
- rate for services in technical scheduling of leave in network and consumption of the imported electrical energy - tenge/kWh 0,0463;
- permanent component of rate in the form of payment for use of interregional level of networks, independent of the extent of transmission of electricity - tenge/kWh 0,255;
- part of rate in the form of service fee on transfer of electrical energy on power networks of interregional level:
the variable depending on the extent of transmission of electricity to 600 km - tenge/kWh 0,00079 on 1 km;
the constant which is not depending on the extent of transfer of electrical energy from 600 km and more - tenge/kWh 0,474.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and support of small business of June 15, 2001 N 115-OD "About approval of rate for services of open joint stock company "The Kazakhstan company on management of power networks of "KEGOC".
