About modification and amendments in the Law "About Diplomatic Service"

Article 1. In article 27 of the Law of October 24, 2001 ZR-249 "About diplomatic service" (further - the Law):

1) in item 4 of part 2 of the word "parts 3" shall be replaced with words "parts 4";

To exclude 2) from Item 6 of part 2 of the word "other state body".

Article 2. In part 8 of article 31 of the Law of the word "parts 3" shall be replaced with words "parts 4".

Article 3. In article 32 of the Law:

Part 1 after words of "Ministry of Foreign Affairs" to add 1) with the words "and subordinate body";

2) part 1 after the word is "sent" to be added with the words "in the office of the President of the republic, in the office of National assembly";

To add 3) with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Appointment of person holding position of diplomatic service to managerial position in offices of the President of the republic, National assembly or the Prime Minister and to conceptual position in the bodies specified regarding 1 this Article for sense of this Law is equated to sending.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends to the relations which arose after April 9, 2018.
