About enhancement of procedure for forming and use of fund of development of military and administrative sectors
For the purpose of timely execution of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 4, 2018 No. PP-3897 "About creation of Fund of development of military and administrative sectors", directed to realization by heads of military and administrative sectors of "road maps" and rendering assistance in the field of strengthening of defense capability of the country, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 4, 2018 No. PP-3897 "About creation of Fund of development of military and administrative sectors":
as sources of forming of fund of development of military and administrative sectors (further - Fund) assignments at the rate to 10 percent from the amounts of free remaining balance of overfulfillment of forecast indicators of budget receipts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of areas and Tashkent are determined;
fund is accumulated on the treasurer accounts of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent opened by the Ministry of Finance and its territorial subdivisions.
2. To the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokima of areas and Tashkent:
