1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 21.02.2022 No. 80
2. Take into consideration that effective period of licenses for activities on production of alcohol and the alcoholic products which are earlier issued by the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on licensing of activities for production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and tobacco products is prolonged till January 1, 2020.
At the same time the holders of current licenses and job seekers of licenses addressing for the first time have the right to address to Inspectorate for regulation of the alcoholic and tobacco market under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan ahead of schedule for receipt of the license according to new licensed requirements.
3. Determine that:
production of food and technical ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products and on one equipment is forbidden to two and more licensees in the same stationary rooms;
