About introduction of amendments to article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About alternative energy sources" concerning settlement of generation of the electric power private households

I. Bring in article 9-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About alternative energy sources" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 24, Art. 155; 2017, No. 27-28, of Art. 312; 2019, No. 23, Art. 89) following changes:

state part one in the following edition:

The "green" rate is established by the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities, on the electrical energy made on power generation facilities, including on the queues of construction of power plants put into operation (start-up complexes), the generating installations of private households, consumers, including energy cooperatives, from alternative energy sources (except the domain and coked gases, and with hydraulic power use - made only by micro, mini-and small hydroelectric power stations)";

the fourth and fifth to state parts in the following edition:

The "green" rate for the electrical energy made by the generating installations of private households, consumers, including energy cooperatives is established single by each type of alternative energy source and for the generating systems combined vetrosolnechny.

The "green" rate for the electrical energy made by consumers including, from energy of sunlight, wind energy, biomass, biogas, with use of hydraulic power, geothermal power the generating installations combined by the vetrosolnechny generating systems which installed capacity does not exceed 150 kW is established by energy cooperatives single for all consumers, including energy cooperatives, by each type of alternative energy source";
