About change of resolutions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2016 No. 2 and of January 29, 2016 No. 5

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2016 No. 2 "About some questions of survey of electroinstallations":
"in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2015 and in pursuance of item 4 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 23, 2015 No. 895 "About some questions in the field of electric utility service" to exclude No. 895 from word preamble;
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about procedure by body of the state energy and gas supervision of survey of electroinstallations for determination of possibility of their commissioning it (is applied).";
in the Instruction about procedure bodies of the state energy supervision of survey of electroinstallations for determination of the possibility of their commissioning approved by this resolution:
in the name of the word "bodies of the state energy supervision" shall be replaced with words "body of the state energy and gas supervision";
in Item 1 of the word "bodies of the state energy supervision (further - bodies of Gosenergonadzor)" shall be replaced with words "body of the state energy and gas supervision (further - body of gosenergogaznadzor)";
