About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About population census"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About population census" of May 19, 2009 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 330; 2010, No. 3, Art. 159, No. 7, Art. 561) following changes and amendments:
1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. Add Article 4 with part 5 of the following content:
"5. The program of population census and methods of its carrying out affirm State commission of assistance of population census.".
3. Regarding the 2nd Article 5 of the word of "the commission of assistance of population census" to replace with "words" state commission of assistance of population census".
4. Regarding 1 Article 6:
- add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"-commitment to religion;";
- the fifteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-employment and reasons of unemployment.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
