About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 No. 355

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 No. 355 "About approval of the Technical regulation of the radio equipment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 45, the Art. 1396) the following changes:
And figures "till April 1, 2019" to exclude 1) in Item 3 of the word;
2) to add the resolution with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Determine that till December 31, 2019 action of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution does not extend to the radio equipment established and held for use as a part of design of wheel vehicles.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
