About modification and amendments in the Law "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing"

Article 1. "About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing" (further - the Law) to state article 2 of the Law of December 6, 2017 to ZR-236 in the following edition:

"Article 2. The licenses granted before entry into force of this Law according to the subitem 1 of Item 17 of the table of part 2 of article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing" are effective till December 31, 2019. The licenses granted earlier are terminated next day after the expiration established by this Article.".

Article 2. In article 3 of the Law:

The word "six" to replace 1) with the word "twelve";

To add 2) with the new offer of the following content: "For the licenses specified in article 2 of this Law till December 31, 2019 there are no additional obligations as regards the state fee.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication. The notifications connected with restriction on the terms provided by this Law are provided by the licensing body in the field of town planning in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this Law.
