Article 1. Article 64 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 to add with part 3 following of content:
3. Concerning persons, at the time of adjudgement of not reached sixteen years, or expectant mothers or persons on whose care there is child aged up to eight years milder pinishment can be imposed, than it is provided by the law if and purpose of other provided types of punishments the court finds the softest type of punishment provided by the relevant article of the Special part of this Code disproportionate, or one of other types of punishment provided by the relevant article, however in smaller size than the minimum size provided by the relevant article for this type of punishment can be appointed.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
