About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. In article 32.1 of the Law of December 12, 2013 ZR-154-N "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law):

To add 1) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. If person as of day of the termination of its right to receipts of old-age benefit, disability or in case of loss of the supporter has entitlement to benefit of any kind from these benefits and submitted the application for purpose of benefit of other type within six months after day of the termination of its right to benefit, then other type of benefit is appointed from day of the termination of the right to benefit.";

2) regarding 4 words "1-3" shall be replaced with words "1-3.1".

Article 2. In Item 2 of part 4 of article 33 of the Law of the word "from 1 date following after month" shall be replaced with words "from day".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 35 of the Law after the word "death" with the words "or appearances for repeated examination, however … death before decision making about this person the competent state body performing medico-social examination".

Article 4. To add part 2.3 of article 37 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:
