About modification of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Chapter 41 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 in the following edition:
"Chapter 41. The simplified production Article 296. Procedure of the simplified production
1. Courts perform the simplified production according to the general rules of consideration of the case provided by this Code with observance of the special requirements established by provisions of this Chapter.
Article 297. The cases considered according to the procedure of the simplified production
1. Requirements about collection of the amount which is not exceeding the two-thousandfold size of minimum wage on the date of submission of the action for declaration, the Trial Court considers according to the procedure of the simplified production. In case of submission of the requirement in foreign currency the question of not exceeding of the two-thousandfold size of minimum wage is solved on the average rate of Armenian dram to foreign currency created in the foreign exchange markets, published by the Central bank as of day of submission of the action for declaration.
2. Case with several interconnected requirements combined in one action for declaration if one of these requirements is subject to consideration according to the procedure of the simplified production, and another - according to the procedure of general claim production, the court considers according to the procedure of the simplified production if the interconnected requirements are derivatives of the requirement which is subject to consideration according to the procedure of the simplified production.
3. The Trial Court can also consider according to the procedure of the simplified production another matters if:
