Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 31, 2002 No. 62-FZ "About citizenship of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 22, Art. 2031; 2012, No. 47, Art. 6393; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8454) following changes:

1) in Article 41.1:

a) in the Item "d" of part one of the word "having citizenship of the former USSR" to exclude, shall be replaced with words the words "till July 1, 2002" "till January 1, 2010";

b) in part three of the word "having citizenship of the former USSR" to exclude, shall be replaced with words the words "till July 1, 2002" "till January 1, 2010";

from the date of entering into the passport of the citizen of the USSR or into the certificate of birth of record (mark) about belonging to citizenship of the Russian Federation (in the presence);

from date of issue of the insert to the passport of the citizen of the USSR, the identity certificate (military ID) of the serviceman or the certificate of birth confirming availability of citizenship of the Russian Federation (in the presence);

from the date of primary receipt of the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation;";
