Article 1

1) in Article 1:

a) state Item 1.1 in the following edition:

"1. 1) zone of transport safety - object of transport infrastructure, its part (land, underground, air, surface), the vehicle for which according to requirements for ensuring transport safety the specific mode of the admission of physical persons, vehicles and cargo transfer, baggage, hand luggage, personal belongings, other material objects, and also animals is set;";

b) add with Item 1.5 of the following content:

"1. 5) the safety area - the part of the territory determined according to part 8.1 of article 12.3 of this Federal Law, water, airspace around separate vessels and (or) other watercraft with the nuclear reactor or vessels and (or) other watercraft transporting nuclear materials, object of transport infrastructure on which measures for protection of object of transport infrastructure, the vessel and (or) other watercraft with the nuclear reactor or vessels and (or) other watercraft transporting nuclear materials from acts of illegal intervention according to the established features of protection them from acts of illegal intervention are implemented;";
