Grant to the Ministry of Emergency Situations the right to explain questions of application of specific requirements for ensuring fire safety for the objects which are specially intended for stay of children, and also objects with simultaneous stay over 300 people, objects of the social sphere and health care with the round-the-clock stay of the people approved by this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
