1. In Item 52 of the Regulations on procedure for treasurer execution of expenses of the organizations and the organizations of defense industry and law enforcement agencies and other expenses having confidential nature, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the order of November 24, 2008 No. 110 (рег. No. 1941 of April 16, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 16, the Art. 206):

in paragraphs three and the fourth shall be replaced with words words of "the minimum sizes of the salary" "basic settlement sizes";

in the subitem "v" of the word "size of minimum wage" shall be replaced with words "the size of basic settlement size".

2. This order becomes effective since September 1, 2019.
