b) the physical persons hiring persons which are subject to compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases.

Applicants can participate in the relations on receipt of the state service through the authorized representatives performing the powers based on the power of attorney issued according to the procedure, established by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation (further - the authorized representative).
