About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About medicines"

1. under Article 1:

1.1. replace in Article 1.0.6 the word of "effectiveness" with the word of "efficiency", add after the words "state registration", the word "implementation фармакоконтроля", and after the word "application", - the word "response";

1.2. replace in Article 1.0.8 of the word "by results of expert evaluation of medicines based on the relevant documents and (or) the carried-out testing" with the words "based on results of examination of medicines";

1.3. replace in Articles 1.0.15 and 1.0.16 the word "effectiveness" with the word "efficiency" in the corresponding case of noun;

1.4. replace at the end of Article 1.0.20 point with semicolon and add Article 1.0. 21, 1.0.22, 1.0.23, 1.0.24, 1.0.25, 1.0.26, 1.0.27 and 1.0.28 of the following content:

"1.0.21. фармакоконтроль - activities in the direction of identification, assessment and prevention of side effects of the medicines and other undesirable effects arising when using medicines;

1.0.22. the certificate on state registration of medicine - the official document issued by the body which issued the import permit of medicine on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic, production, sale in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and implementation in medicine;
