About transfer of some public medical and sanitary organizations

Based on Item c) Article 5 and Item k) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, Item d) parts (1) article 14 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Transfer from management of the State office to the control the Ministries of Health, work and social protection public medical and sanitary organization "Polyclinic of the State Office" and public medical and sanitary organization "Hospital of the State Office".

2. Change the name:

1) public medical and sanitary organization "Polyclinic of the State Office" on public medical and sanitary organization "State Polyclinic";

2) public medical and sanitary organization "Hospital of the State Office" on public medical and sanitary organization "State Hospital".

3. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection to perform function of the founder of public medical and sanitary organization "State Polyclinic" and public medical and sanitary organization "State Hospital", having provided entering of necessary changes into regulations on the organization and functioning of the specified public medical and sanitary organizations.

4. The state office together with the Ministry of Health, work and social protection to create the commission on transfer and to provide within 30 days transfer of the public medical and sanitary organizations specified in Item 1, according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of state-owned property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

5. To the agency of the state services, at the request of the owner to enter necessary changes in the state registers according to provisions of this resolution.
