About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 314/2017 about creation of the Agency of the state services

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 314/2017 about creation of the Agency of the state services (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 396), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 25 changes are made only in the text in state language;

Item 27 to add 2) with the subitem of 81 following contents:

"81) is established sphere of activity of deputy directors, and also by procedure for their substitution";

Item 28 to state 3) in the following edition:

"28. In the absence of the director, for other reasons, than the position vakantnost, its duties are fulfilled by one of deputy directors appointed by the order of the director according to procedure for its substitution";

To add 4) with Item 28-1 of the following content:

"28-1. In case of vakantnost of position of the director, Council of the agency in 60-day time will organize competition on selection of the director, according to the procedure established in Item 25.

Before position assignment of the director selected on competitive basis, the founder designates person who is temporarily taking up this position.";

5) in Item 29 changes are made only in the text in state language.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
