About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 19 of the Law of April 14, 1999 of ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) the words "Committee of the Inventory of the Real Estate" shall be replaced with words "Committee of the inventory".

Article 2. To add article 27 of the Law with parts 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7. In case of need changes of the data which are written down in the registration certificate provided by the applicant, to the applicant the new registration certificate is granted.

8. The registration certificate granted till July 1, 2019 upon the demand of the subject of the registered right or person authorized by it, and in case of the death of the subject - the notary is replaced with the new registration certificate with indication of about this date of state registration even if there is no need of change of the written-down data specified in part 7 of this Article.".

Article 3. In article 31 of the Law:

Part 1.1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.1. The completing documents constituted as a result of functions of the state register of the real estate using automated control systems are constituted and affirm by means of electronic system.";

To add 2) with parts 1.2 and 1.3 of the following content:

"1.2. In the document established by part 1.1 of this Article the document number automatically generated by automated control system and the password provided for check of authenticity of the document are specified.

1.3. Authenticity of the documents established by part 1.1 of this Article, and for registration certificates - also their reality is checked by means of electronic system of the official site of the state register of the real estate by input of the document number fixed by part 1.2 of this Article, and the password provided for check of authenticity of the document.".
