I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 24, 2015 No. 153 "About approval of certified requirements to operators of civil aircrafts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11459, it is published on July 28, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

in Certified requirements to operators of the civil aircrafts approved by the specified order:

to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"Chapter 1. General provisions";

"2. Certified requirements establish requirements to operators of the aircrafts (further - AF) which are carrying out airborne transportations, aviation works.

In case of certified inspection the applicant will show capability and means, and also the financial and economic provision and legal capacity necessary for accomplishment of the declared type of activity.

The discrepancies to certified requirements revealed in case of certified inspection are subdivided into three categories: category 1, category 2 and category 3.

The discrepancy to certified requirements which is not interfering implementation of activities and subject to its elimination in case of production enhancement belongs to the category 1.

The discrepancy to certified requirements which is not interfering implementation of activities on condition of its elimination in the terms coordinated with authorized organization in the field of civil aviation (further - authorized organization), or introductions of restrictions belongs to the category 2.

The discrepancy to certified requirements interfering activities implementation belongs to the category 3.";
