About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2019 No. 301/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2019 No. 301/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 504-511, 840), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Art. 1. – Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2019 affirm according to the income in 7709848,3 amount thousand lei and to expenses as 7709848,3 amount thousand lei.".
2. In part (6) Article 4 of the word "Physical Persons, Stipulated in Item 2" shall be replaced with words "The physical persons provided by Items 2 and 21".
3. State appendices 1 and 1.1 in the following edition:
