About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to add part 2 of article 7 of the Law of May 5, 1998 with the second offer of the following content: "In the course of the enforcement proceeding initiated by writ of execution about collection of court costs on civil and administrative cases for benefit of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia the Committee of state revenues acts as the claimant if according to court resolution court costs are not subject to collection for benefit of any state body.".
Article 2. To state part 3 of article 14 of the Law in the following edition:
"3. The expert draws the written conclusion within a month after receipt of the decision of the forced contractor on appointment of the expert. According to the motivated petition of the expert the specified term every time can be extended by the decision of the forced contractor for up to one month.".
Article 3. To state part 1 of article 16.1 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. Presence of witnesses in case of the executive actions connected with opening of the apartments, buildings and structures belonging to the debtor opening, examination of the apartments, buildings and structures belonging to the debtor, however occupied by other persons and also with confiscation of property of the debtor belonging to the debtor, however being at other persons is obligatory.".
Article 4. To state article 18 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 18. Issue of writ of execution
1. The writ of execution for forced execution of final court resolution issues the Trial Court considering case, and for intermediate court resolution - the court which adopted the act based on the application submitted by the claimant or his representative who is specially authorized on it after the introduction of court resolution to legal force, the cases except for provided by the law.
