About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
St. I. – In part (1) article 5 of the Law on highways No. 509/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 32), with subsequent changes, words of "specialized enterprise". shall be replaced with words "the administrative authority responsible for realization of state policy in the field of highways.".

2. In Items b) and c) parts (Article 22 of the word "subordinated to the Government" to exclude 2).
St. V. – (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
