About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. No. 347 "About the state agrarian policy" to add Item 9 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 with subitems 9.5 and 9.6 of the following content:

"9.5. the legal entities giving free (sponsor's) aid to agricultural producers till December 31, 2023 have the right to provide such help without specifying of forms of goods (works, services) which will be taken on money of the free (sponsor's) aid by her receivers;

9.6. non-operating expenses till December 31, 2023 expenses of legal entities in cash amount are included:

the directed by them to acquisition of raw materials, agricultural machinery, the equipment and spare parts to them, capital structures (buildings, constructions) the specialized agricultural purpose, other property which is directly connected with production of crop production, livestock production, beekeeping, fish breeding in case of voluntary conveyance of this property to agricultural producers;

directed by them to performance of works on construction (including upgrade and reconstruction) capital structures (buildings, constructions) of the specialized agricultural purpose, upgrade and reconstruction of agricultural machinery and the equipment for agricultural producers;

directed by them, including under agreements of transfer of debt, on payment for work, the services in timely preparation and carrying out spring field works, procurement of forages, harvesting, preparation and carrying out winter sowing, zyablevy processing of the soils executed and (or) rendered by third parties for agricultural producers and also the expense amounts suffered by legal entities in connection with accomplishment and (or) rendering the specified works, services with own forces for agricultural producers on a grant basis;

donated to agricultural producers for the property acquisition specified in the paragraph the second this subitem, and the performance of works specified in paragraph three of this subitem.".
