1. Enter since April 1, 2006 for a period of 4 years the special import quota on the threads imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus polyester, classified according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity the Republic of Belarus textured by code 5402 33 000 0 (further - goods). Establish amount of the special import quota and its distribution according to appendix.
2. Action of the special import quota introduced according to Item 1 of this Decree does not extend to the goods coming from the State Parties of the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of April 15, 1994 and the Protocol on modification and amendments in the Agreement on creation of the free trade area of the April 15, 1994 signed on April 2, 1999 and also from the State Parties of the Customs union.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
since 2007, annually till June 15 to inform the President of the Republic of Belarus on results of application of the special import quota, and also on need of scope change of this quota or its cancellation;
in a month to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
