According to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment, special cars for transportation of grain, the equipment for production of bioethanol and the electric power from biomass which was purchased from domestic manufacturers, to No. 130 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 123 "About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 8, 2017 No. 77 and of March 1, 2017 No. 130" for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of April 13, 2017 No. 566 "About approval of the Regulations on the commission on forming of the list of the domestic machinery and equipment for agro-industrial complex which cost is partially compensated for the account of means of the government budget", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2017 for No. 521/30389, the following changes:
