About introduction of amendments to the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. – In the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (to state 6-2) Articles 3 in the following edition:
"(6-2) Implementation of the types of activity provided in line items 1.1 and 1.2 appendices to this law are allowed within the trade markets created according to article 12 of the Law on domestic trade No. 231/2010, and also in the places permitted by bodies of local public authority according to the part Item q 1) (2) article 14 of the Law on local public authority No. 436/2006.".
2. Add Article 4 with part (1-3) following contents:
"(1-3) Implementation of the types of activity provided in line items 1.1 and 1.2 appendices to this law is allowed till December 31, 2022 only for patentees who for December 31, 2019 will have patents for the corresponding types of activity.".
