Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About elections of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan" of December 10, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, the Art. 296, 2004, No. 7, Art. 451; 2007, No. 5, Art. 352; 2008, No. 10, Art. 797; 2012, No. 8, Art. 811; 2014, No. 3, Art. 140, No. 7, h 1, Art. 382; 2017, No. 7-8, of Art. 562; 2018, No. 2, Art. 61, No. 9-10, Art. 581) following changes and amendment:

1. State Article 11 in the following edition:

"Article 11. Organization of the Central commission on elections and referenda of the Republic of Tajikistan

The chairman, the vice-chairman and members of the Central commission on elections and referenda of the Republic of Tajikistan are chosen and respond on representation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Activities of the Central commission on elections and referenda of the Republic of Tajikistan are regulated by the law.".

2. To exclude from part three of Article 13 of the word "taking into account offers of local structures of political parties in the territory of the constituency".
