Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About elections of deputies to local Majlises of People's Deputies" of December 10, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 298; 2007, No. 5, Art. 353; 2012, No. 8, Art. 813; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 383, No. 11, Art. 640; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 269) following changes and amendment:

1. From part one of Article 10 and from the text of Article 12 of the word "taking into account offers of local structures of the political parties performing activities in the territory of the area, the city and the area" to exclude.

2. In article 16 part one to replace sign of point with sign of comma and to add with the words "shall not participate in activities of political party, perform its orders, participate in election propaganda and promotion of the registered candidates in elections ".

Article 2. Enact this constitutional Law after its official publication.
