Article 4. In Item 5 of article 214 of the Code of the word of "the state inspections" shall be replaced with words "exercising control inspection".
Article 5. In part 5 of article 215 of the Code:
Words of "the state inspections" shall be replaced with words 1) "exercising control inspection";
Words "legal acts of the USSR" shall be replaced with words 2) "the laws of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 6. In article 225 of the Code:
1) in heading of the word "Bodies of the State Fire Supervision" shall be replaced with words "The inspection body exercising control in the field of fire safety";
2) regarding 1 word "Bodies of the State Fire Supervision (the State Fire Inspection) Consider" shall be replaced with words "The inspection body exercising control in the field of fire safety considers";
