About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of improvement of economic and social situation of the population, non-admission of unreasonable increase in prices (rates) and enhancement of system of pricing I decide:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in the territory of the Republic of Belarus increase in prices (rates) for goods (works, services) without acceptance of adequate measures on social protection of the population is not allowed;

1.2. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus as required claims and reviews limiting indexes of change of selling prices (rates) for the goods (works, services) made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, except for goods (works, services) issued by the commercial organizations with foreign investments (except the paid medical services rendered by the commercial organizations with foreign investments), and also the inventory (works, services), change of selling prices (rates) for which is not limited to limiting indexes;

1.3. the prices (rates), allowances (discount) for goods (works, services) are regulated according to the list approved by this Decree, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, National Bank, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom proceeding from state interests and the developing social and economic situation according to the procedure, established by the legislation, and also in other cases determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus;

1.4. economically reasonable increase by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of selling prices (rates) for the made goods (works, services) can be performed on condition of observance of limiting indexes of change of selling prices (rates) established according to this Decree by them.
