About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 44, of 45, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of liberalization of implementation of some currency transactions and enhancement of currency supervision the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on measures of protection and determination of procedure for making of separate foreign currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 5 (with changes), such changes:

Item 38 of the Section IV to exclude 1);

2) in the subitem 2 of Item 71 of the Section VI:

in the paragraph the second the word "bank)" shall be replaced with words "bank or if money on the corresponding transactions from the OVDP arrived to the foreign investor from the correspondent account of the foreign depositary bank having the account in securities in National Bank opened for bank)";

in paragraph three the word "bank)" shall be replaced with words "bank, or in case of implementation of the corresponding calculations through the correspondent account of the foreign depositary bank having the account in securities in National Bank opened in bank of Ukraine)";

in paragraph five of the word "in case of purchase sale of the OVDP which are placed on the account" shall be replaced with words "on transactions from OVDPs which are considered on the account";
