About modification and amendments in the Law "About Highways"

Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of December 5, 2006 ZR-240-N "About highways":

The Item of part 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"g) movement of the heavyweight vehicles exceeding the most admissible weight and (or) load of one axis, except for non divisible loads;";

The Item "and" of part 6 to declare 2) invalid;

Part 6 to add 3) with the Item "to" of the following content:

"j) movement of vehicles of big dimensions without the permission of disposing of the road";

To state 4) to part 6.1 and 6.2 in the following edition:

"6.1. Movement of the heavyweight and (or) exceeding big dimensions vehicles exceeding the most admissible weight and (or) load of one axis, transporting non divisible loads, is performed in the presence of one-time permission to provision of route of implementation of transportations for which issue the state fee according to the procedure and the size, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" is collected.

6.2. The approval procedure on provision of route of implementation of transportations by the vehicles exceeding the most admissible weight and (or) load of one axis and (or) big dimensions, transporting non divisible loads, the maximum weight and the sizes of the most admissible weight and (or) load of one axis of vehicles, and also big dimensions approves the Government of the Republic of Armenia.";

To exclude 6) from part 6.6 of the word "Exceeding Weight Indicators, Stipulated in Item "and" Parts 6 of This Article";
