About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Highways"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 28, 2019

Article 1. ZR-240-N "About highways" (further - the Law) to add part 3 of article 7 of the Law of December 5, 2006 with the new offer of the following content: "The actions provided by this part within the PGCh program provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About partnership the state-part sector" are performed according to the procedure, provided by this law.".

Article 2. In article 8 of the Law:

Part 1 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content:

"Financing of designing, construction, repair and content of highways public within the PGCh program provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About partnership the state-part sector" is performed according to the procedure, the provided agreement on PGCh.";

Article 3. In article 11 of the Law:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

Driving through the state highways public is free, except for the roads designed, built, repaired or containing within the PGCh program provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About partnership the state-part sector" in the cases established by the agreement on PGCh and also other cases established by the law. The paid roads designed, built, repaired or containing within the PGCh program are alternative roads";
