Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2012 No. 779 "About the tariff quotas on separate types of forest products of the coniferous breeds which are exported out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the territory of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 33, Art. 4677; 2013, No. 44, Art. 5748):

a) in Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign economic activity of the tariff quotas concerning fir-tree ordinary or firs white European and pines ordinary, exported out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation and the territory of the State Parties of the agreements on the Customs union to the European Union approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 3 of the word "The agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods from on June 9, 2009" shall be replaced with words "The rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014)";
