About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of control (supervising) activities of state bodies and organizations I decide:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to state subitem 7.22-1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719, in the following edition:
"7.22-1. performs:
control of activities in the field of the state aircraft regarding safety of flights of aircrafts of the Republic of Belarus;
supervision of potentially dangerous objects, productions and the related types of activity having specifics of military application which list affirms Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
management of activities of bodies of military management, connections, military units of Armed Forces and transport troops, organizations of education "Military academy of the Republic of Belarus", military commissariats and the organizations of Armed Forces by means of regulation of their activities and realization of powers of the owner with efficiency analysis of their work and development of offers on its increase;";
1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations":
in Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:
in subitem 6.2 of Item 6 of the word "supervision, control" shall be replaced with words "control (supervision)";
in Item 7:
state subitems 7.10 and 7.10-1 in the following edition:
"7.10. performs:
the state supervision of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union, Eurasian Economic Union in the field of fire and industrial safety;
state fire supervision;
supervision of compliance with law when implementing activities for ensuring fire safety;
