1. Paragraphs the fourth, the fifth, sixth and seventh Item 5 of the Procedure for accumulation and use of fund of support Dehkan and farms, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of October 25, 1997 N 486, to state in the following edition:
"Taxpayers - farms pay the means which are due to Fund according to the procedure and the terms determined for payment of the single land tax. In calculations for the single land tax which they represent to bodies of the State Tax Service, the means in the amount of % 2,5 which are subject to fee in Fund are reflected separately. Farms transfer all amount of the single land tax one payment order on the special transit account.
Taxpayers - Dehkan farms, being legal entities, pay the land tax similar to farms, transferring means one payment order into the special transit account.
Taxpayers - Dehkan farms, not being legal entities, pay the land tax and contributions to Fund for the parcels of land occupied by them based on the payment notices which are written out by bodies of the State Tax Service on all tax amount with indication of the special transit account.
Parts of the amounts of the land tax and the single land tax which arrived on the special transit account according to the established regulations (5 percent from the land tax and 2,5 of percent from the single land tax) are subject to transfer to the corresponding accounts of Fund".
