1) part 2 of article 9 after words "education is not lower than average professional" to add with words "(except for secondary professional education according to programs of training of skilled workers, employees)";

Part 4 of Article 13 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4. Other requirements to office behavior of the employee of law-enforcement bodies are determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and can contain in the Code of ethics and office behavior of staff of law-enforcement bodies approved by the head of federal executive body in the field of internal affairs.";

Item 1 of part 3 of Article 17 to state 3) in the following edition:
