in the Rules of carrying out accreditation, the bases and procedure for cancellation of accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship and other non-profit organizations approved by the specified resolution:

4. Accreditation is performed by state bodies annually after publication of the announcement of terms of implementation of accreditation in the state and Russian languages.
