For the purpose of strengthening of work on providing uninterrupted supply of natural gas to the population and industries of economy of the republic, the prevention and suppression of illegal connection to gas networks, and also implementation of complete and timely calculations for natural gas the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept the offer of the Uzkommunkhizmat agency and National holding company "Uzbekneftegaz" on transfer in accordance with the established procedure of the affiliated unitary enterprise "Uzgazsbyt" of Uztransgaz joint-stock company and its territorial representations in subordination of the Boshkommungaz company of the Uzkommunkhizmat agency for creation of single structure on realization and calculations for natural gas with consumers.

4. To Uztransgaz joint-stock company and the Uzkommunkhizmat agency as of March 1, 2002 to make inventory count of receivables and payables of wholesale consumers and the population and till April 1, 2002 to perform their reception-transmission in accordance with the established procedure.
