About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229

For the purpose of enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2:

in part two of the subitem 2.1 of figure "2.16" to replace with figures "2.17";

in part two of the subitem 2.10 of figure "3-5" shall be replaced with words "4 and 5";

add Item with subitem 2.17 of the following content:

"2.17. acquisition of products included in the register of the dangerous products prohibited to import and (or) the address in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is not allowed.";

1.2. in appendix 1 to this resolution:

in Item 1:

the fifth after the word "affiliated" to add the paragraph with the words "and dependent";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"the national association and the organizations which are its part and also the unitary enterprises, affiliated economic societies created by the organizations which are part of national association.";

add Item with part of the following content:

"Procurements of goods between the subjects specified in this Item can be conducted without requirements of this resolution only in case the supplier of such goods is their producer and (or) acquired them as a result of holding competitive procedures of purchases.";

add Item 26 with words ", except for goods for the organization of public catering in healthcare institutions and educations".
