the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2013 No. 1391 "About approval of Administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of the state service in recognition of education and (or) the qualification received in foreign state" (registration No. 31387) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 21, 2014;

item 4 of changes which are made to administrative regulations of provision of the state services regarding providing conditions of availability of the state services to the disabled people approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2016 No. 694 (registration No. 43240) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 15, 2016.

1. Administrative regulations of provision by Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of the state service in recognition of education and (or) the qualification received in foreign state (further - Regulations, the state service, foreign education and (or) foreign qualification respectively), establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) performed by Rosobrnadzor in the course of provision of the state service and also establishes order of interaction between the federal government civil servants of Rosobrnadzor responsible for provision of the state service (further - officials), and applicants.
