About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 "About change of the laws" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 201-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2008 No. 1042 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for calculation of the amount of the indemnification caused to the environment, and creation of the act of damnification factual determination the environment, change and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus":
in preamble shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 298-Z";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on procedure for calculation of the amount of the indemnification caused to the environment and creation of the act of the damnification factual determination to the environment approved by this resolution:

"* Technological water objects are understood as the artificial water objects which are specially created for chilling, evaporation, averaging, upholding of sewage, lowering of the level of waters (the reservoirs cooling agents, ponds evaporators, ponds averagers bringing channels of pumping points and other similar objects) and also for fire-proof needs (fire reservoirs), cultivation and cultivation of fish (ponds and channels of the fish-breeding organizations).";
